How We Work
Free Inspections. Written Estimates. No Pressure.
Every engagement starts the same way: a free roof inspection with no strings attached. Our estimator walks the roof, documents the condition thoroughly with photographs, and gives you a written summary, whether you proceed with any work or not.
When work is warranted, you receive a detailed, line-item estimate before any crew shows up. The price in the estimate is the price on the invoice. Scope changes are documented in writing and approved before work continues.
We don't use high-pressure sales tactics, and we don't offer discounts that disappear at the end of the appointment. The estimate reflects the actual cost of doing the job correctly.

Insurance Claim Assistance
What We Do, and Don't Do, with Insurance Claims
We provide insurance claim assistance and work within your insurance company's process. This means we help you document storm damage thoroughly, understand your policy's scope of loss, and coordinate approved repairs once your claim decision is made.
What we do not do:
- We do not negotiate insurance settlements on your behalf
- We do not act as a public adjuster or represent you to your insurer
- We do not offer to waive, absorb, or pay your deductible, doing so violates Texas Insurance Code
- We do not file claims for you or take over the claims process
You remain in control of your claim from start to finish. Our role is to make sure the roofing side of the process, documentation, estimation, and installation, is handled correctly and professionally. If you need representation in the claims process itself, a licensed public adjuster or insurance attorney handles that role.
