1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, operated by Slope Masters Roofing & Construction ("Slope Masters," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is
This site provides general information about our roofing services and lets you request a free inspection or an estimate. Information on the site is for general purposes only. It is not professional, engineering, legal, insurance, or financial advice, and it does not create a contract for services.
3. Estimates and the instant quote tool
Online estimates, including figures from the instant quote tool, are preliminary and based on limited information such as satellite imagery and the options you select. They are not an offer, a guaranteed price, or a promise that a particular repair or replacement is needed. Your final scope and price are set only in a written estimate or agreement signed by both you and Slope Masters after an on-site inspection. Actual conditions, materials, access, code requirements, and hidden damage can change the final price.
4. Services are provided under a separate agreement
Roofing work, warranties, payment terms, and financing (if offered) are governed by the written agreement we sign with you, not by this website. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that work.
5. Insurance claims
We can inspect your roof and document its condition, and we can work with your insurance company during the claims process. We are not public adjusters, we do not negotiate or settle claims on your behalf, and we cannot promise that a claim will be approved or what it will pay. Your policy and your insurer determine coverage. You remain responsible for your deductible.
6. Contacting you
When you submit a form or call us, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text message, and email at the details you provide, including with automated technology. Consent to marketing messages is not required to purchase our services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes submitting false or another person's information, attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, using automated tools to scrape or overload it, introducing malicious code, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The site's text, graphics, logos, photographs, and design belong to Slope Masters or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute site content without our written permission.
9. Third-party links and tools
The site may link to or embed websites, tools, and services run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slope Masters and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Our total liability for claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not limit our obligations under a signed services agreement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Slope Masters from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where the law requires otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date shows the most recent change, and continued use of the site means you accept the revised Terms.
